Sabatini Gin is a premium, handcrafted London Dry Gin born from the perfect union of flavors, aromas, inspiration, and history — a symbol of the deep historical and cultural bond that connects Tuscany and England, thanks to the Sabatini family and Charles Maxwell of Thames Distillers, one of the foremost experts in the field.
SABATINI GIN is made with nine botanicals, all strictly sourced from Tuscany: juniper, coriander, Florentine iris, wild fennel, lavender, olive leaves, thyme, lemon verbena, and sage. Most of these botanicals are harvested from the Sabatini family’s estate in Teccognano, while the juniper, renowned for its exceptional quality, is gathered from various areas across the region.
Its perfect serve is with dry tonic water and a sprig of thyme.
